The new support system
We’ve been listening to you, our users, since day one. We setup an UserVoice feedback forum the same day we released the first private EAP release and, since then, we received tons of feedback.
We strongly believe that you guys have been a fundamental part of RoboDomain development so far and we couldn’t imagine RoboDomain without your feedback.
In the last months RoboDomain user base has increased and we’re arrived at one point where listening to our users is just half of the story. We also need to help them providing support whenever required and a comprehensive documentation to help you getting the most out of the application.
So, today we’re launching support.robodomain.com, powered by Tender, the amazing Entp’s application.

We’ve poked at a lot of solutions over the past days and we ended up using Tender because it offered all the features we needed, meticulously crafted, with a clean user interface.
Tender is much more than a discussion forum. You can open private issues so that only you and RoboDomain staff can read them. You can browse the knowledge base (work in progress) and it integrates with the main RoboDomain login system so that you don’t need a new account to use it. Just type your RoboDomain username and password to get logged into the support section.
All the UserVoice feedback has been migrated to Tender. Unfortunately, we couldn’t preserve the original author association, thus all the UserVoice threads now belongs to the RoboDomain user. You can login into support.robodomain.com and watch a thread if you want to join the discussion and get notified about the updates.
We’re going to put UserVoice forum in read-only mode and keep it online for the time being.
