New feature: Hosting Company information
This week we finally rolled out some changes to the domain page and a new feature called infotip.
This is the domain page before the changes

and here’s the page with the new features.

As you can see, the page now contains some information about the current hosting plan, if available.
The transaction list at the bottom of the page has been improved. It now displays the name of the hosting company associated to the transaction. If you hover the mouse on the name, a small window will appear showing a brief summary of the hosting plan and company.

For some companies, we also provide additional quick links, such as the direct link to the control panel. We initially support just a limited set of popular hosting companies, but we are planning to extend the support in the future. If your domains are associated to an hosting company and you know about some missing details, please let us know.
The infotip window is available in every transaction listing which includes the hosting company name, such as the main transaction listing page.

The hosting company information is currently extracted from the domain transactions. If you haven’t created any transaction yet, this is a good time to start recording them. If you want to learn more about domain transactions, check out this post: Understanding RoboDomain “transactions” feature.
Do you want some other feature? Let us know.
